Nutrition Coaching

So, what is nutrition? By definition, nutrition is the process of providing or obtaining the food necessary for health and growth. Working out is a huge piece of the health puzzle and one we Crossfitters tend to enjoy! But nutrition is just as, if not more, important! What we put into our bodies “shows.” You can’t outwork a bad diet. So, if you’re loving our workouts but are not quite where you want to be, it’s time to take your nutrition seriously.

But, where do you start? Well, improving your nutrition can be as easy as making a few simple changes to as complicated as weighing, measuring, and timing all of your food. It’s up to you to decide where you currently are in your nutrition journey and what your goals are to decide the best way to reach those goals. Is your goal fat loss? Muscle gain? Overall health? Or is your goal performance? Each goal has a slightly different scope than the other! And we are here to help you with your nutrition journey!

Flex offers monthly nutrition coaching to all of our members! If nutrition is new to you, you’ll want to start with our Nutrition Jumpstart Option. This month membership starts with an Inbody Scan, a meeting with your coach to go over your goals and determine your macros. You will also be given a food scale along with lessons on how to use it and options to track your numbers. This membership includes a Facebook group with your peers, a FB Messenger group with your coach, and a weekly check-in call with your coach to check on your progress and make adjustments when necessary! This option is $125 for one month.

After your Jumpstart Month we have an ongoing monthly option for only $35/month. This option is a continuation from your Jumpstart Month. It gives you continued access to the FB Peer Group, the FB Messenger group with your coach, and continued weekly check-ins with your coach. Your macros can be reworked as well, but if body composition has changed dramatically your coach may suggest an additional scan ($25/scan) to ensure accurate and up to date numbers.
